Brunello di Montalcino 2007
Taster: Antonio Galloni
92+ Points
Drink: 2012 – 2017
The 2007 Brunello di Montalcino flows from the glass with expressive red cherries, flowers, licorice,
mint and tobacco. It shows lovely depth and persistence to match its approachable, mid-weight
personality. Sweet floral notes add lift on the attractive finish. The 2007 spent three and a half years
in cask.
Anticipated maturity: 2012-2017.

Rosso di Montalcino 2010
Taster: Antonio Galloni
89 Points
Drink: 2012 - 2016
The 2010 Rosso di Montalcino is a big, exuberant wine loaded with dark cherries, flowers, spices
and tobacco. This is one of the more broad-shouldered Rossos in 2010. Slight elements of rusticity
remain, but this is nevertheless a tasty Rosso to drink now and over the next few years.
Anticipated maturity: 2012-2016.
LA TORRE BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO 2007
Aromas of flowers and plums, follow through to a full body, with soft and velvety tannins and a juicy,
fruity finish. Hints of vanilla as well. So beautifully crafted. Drink now or hold. I like this better than
the La Torre Brunello 2006.
